i'm home from work today... yesterday two baseball jocks in a BIG OBNOXIOUS SUV decided not to check their side view mirro and they backed into me, crushing my passenger side, rear quarterpanel. sooo, i'm trying to get estimates since he doesn't want to turn it into insurance straight away.. the weather sucks and the smaller shops won't look at the car wet.. pain in the arse!! so i'm going to go to a few dealerships that do body work, but i'm sure they are going to be more pricey.. not that i care about saving this guy any money.. i just want my car fixed, and fixed RIGHT!!

back to work after the long weekend.. anyone care to break me out?? is in vegas for the week and she left us all with our own personalized packets of extra work.. where does she hide this crap? how does so much work magically appear when she is going away.. makes you wonder eh?

on a nicer note, john and i have been hanging birdfeeders and such around, this morning when i was leaving there were like six birdies and a bunny eating!! i guess the birds on the feeder were knocking seed down because there were birds and a bunny under the feeder and two or three birds on it. they were all so cute!

i hope everyone had a nice fourth of july weekend, my nephew is visiting from ohio, we took him to the park and out to lunch and stuff, but i guess we bored him because after that he wanted to go back to his father's, oh well. it was nice to see him anyway.

i am this-freakin-close to walking out of here today... i was just told i get to go to another room, at another desk, and scan images for three freakin days!!! three days!! why? because i can use a pc. wtf!! someone screwed up scanning pictures, so i get to clean up the garbage. why not give it to the person who screwed it up?? (and how the f- do you screw up scanning pictures???), well, i'm a "speed demon" and it really shouldn't take me any time at all..

i'm planning on leaving here by mid auguest so i can move and get settled for school.. but if one more freakin thing happens i'm going to be out of here this week. i can feel it building, i'm tired of cleaning up everyone else's garbage because i'm good. maybe you should pay me more and have me train the f'n half breeds who work in this place? or maybe you should hire people capable of doing their job? nah, what's the freakin point?

i hate this place. i can't wait to get out of here!

john and i went up to lake george this weekend, we went to the sumit of prospect mountain, the views are so amazing!! you could see the entire length of the lake from up there.. it was so relaxing, well, until the crazy people started showing up... but aren't they everywhere??

after we got home yesterday we went to pick up martin, thinking he was finished, but, you can't open the gas tank... sooo, i guess that means not finished right? the mechanic never called back, so we're still waiting. i was rather depressed after all that, he's all dented around the gas tank in back, and the insurance adjuster insists it's "prior damage", that jeep had no prior damamge, just because it's old people think they can say it's crap?? i hate insurance people!! grrrr..

i'm still kind of mopey, i don't know, everything just depresses me and i ate way too much crap this weekend, so i feel like a fat cow.. fun fun fun. i have to find out when i can register for classes, i have to find a job and a place to live. someone shoot me.

yesterday i called out sick... but i wasn't sick at all, i was taking my motorcycle drivers test and... i have an M on my license!!! i'm legal!! woo hoo!!

when i went to do the practice test with the scooter rental sunday, the man was telling me what i would need for id and such, he thought i needed the parental permission slip!! do i look 17??

yesterday my mom took half a day off work and came with me, we were planning on going to lunch after everything was finished. we waited 2 hours in the dmv, but that is beside the point, when my number was finally called and i went to get my photo taken and such, the woman next to my mom was like, "oh she's getting her license?", so my om said, "yeah, her motorcycle license", and the woman asked if my mom was concerned and such, so my mother told her i was old enough to make my own decisions... so she thought i was 17 too!! wtf!! i guess i should be flattered.

also, yahoo has decided to work for me, but i think i may switch to using the forbiddensnowflake address, not that i'm having any luck logging into it at the moment either.. i'm batting 1000 :)

turns out last night my sister and her husband went out to dinner with my nephew and his whore. but wasn't she threatening to get a restraining order against him? yes she was. wasn't she screwing the psycho just the other day? yes she was. is the husband pathetic? yes he is. is my sister a dirty whore? do you need to ask?

anyway, it turns out my nephew and the husband left my little nephew at my grandmother's BY HIMSELF. they thought she was home. the didn't take him to dinner with them because he was dirty. SO CLEAN HIM!! not to mention they are going out to dinner but didn't have money to give the little one to go to the rodeo. oh yeah, they went out on the whore's welfare, i forgot.

my mom FREAKED THE F OUT when she heard they left him alone. she threatened to take him away, and my sister's reply? go ahead!! dirty fucking whore! i hate her! the phone and the electricity are about to be shut off, they don't pay rent! they don't have to pay anything but the phone and electric! they can go eat, play bingo, etc. but they can't pay their bills and they can't buy my nephew clothes that fit. i keep telling my mother to throw them out on their asses, but she's afraid of what will happen to my little nephew. ANYTHING would be better than now! all the poor kid wants is some attention, which he only gets from my aunt and my grandmother, and since my grandmother told my aunt he was there alone, and my aunt called my mom who called my sister and ripped her, now she's saying she'll just keep him up by here. poor kid doesn't have a chance.

i haven't been around much, not much to say and no one cares anyway. i've been reading up on you all though. it's weird, i think about the time i used to spend online a few years ago, i thought i would never be so indifferent about it.

anyway, there was an even worth reporting last night (cut from an email to limegreendream):

john came home from work early last night, he was turning into the drive way and some woman wacked him, he wound up facing the wrong way on the other side of the street up on the curb! luckily he had his seatbelt on. he is okay, just shaken up, and martin has minor injuries, i just home he has nothing serious wrong with anything undeneath, like gastank, axels or whatever, i don't know much about cars.. the one tire was knocked off the rim, i guess from being pushed up on the curb, the one bumper is crushed, the breaklight on one side is all broken and pushed over the licence plate in the back so you can't open it to get to the gas tank.. i think the spare tire took a lot of the impact, the woman who hit him was driving an suv and pushed the front of her car in. she had to be flying.

the thing is i was in the front room looking out the window, i saw him coming when he was slowing to turn so i went through the kitchen to the fron door and i hear breaks and the crash, my heart just kind of sank, i was just frozen for a second because i knew what happened.. then i ran outside and he was up on the curb.

the cops said it was obviously her fault, but the thing is, she was telling me how sorry she was, and it really was an accident, and i was like, you know, it happens, luckily no one was really hurt. then she tells me since the stroke her reaction time isn't what it used to be. and she is driving around with a kid in the car!! she couldn't have been more than 40, then i was sad for her for having a stroke so young, but i really don't think she should be driving.

river was freaking out from all the activity. you know where there's one cop there's five. we had like 4 cops, an ambulance, traffic blocked both ways, two tow trucks, etc.

then for whatever reason i was up until after 3am, my clock went off at 6, and i got out of bed 10 minutes before i had to leave, but somehow i made it, washing my face and brushing my teeth at the same time.

the weather this weekend was beautiful!! unfortunately it is back to rainy and cold today, but if you have to be stuck in the office, i'd rather the weather be like this i guess.

john and i went to the wfmu record fair saturday, he bought me psychedelic furs and billy idol records! woo hoo!! he got a load of stuff he was looking for as well. it was a nice time.

i'm sitting her thinking and i can't remember what we did friday... oh! we were *supposed* to go see dolemite and he cancelled on us!! grrrr. why does everyone cancel on us? when we were going to see hank 3 at bb kings, he cancelled. when we were going to virginia to see merle haggard, he cancelled! damn them all!! but i can't remember what we did now. i'm like, did we do that friday night, or saturday night.. and if we did that then, what did we do the other night, you know what i mean??

so anyway, one night we rented matchstick men and had indian food for the first time!! it was sooo good!! i had an eggplant dish, bhangun bhurtha? something like that. it was the only veggie thing i could find that wasn't fried or in a cream sauce! what's up with that?? matchstick men was pretty good, but i wasn't feeling the ending much. eh.

yesterday, after being inspired by the record fair i guess, we melted records into flower pots. yes, i know, we are dorks. but how many of you have a green vinyl dogs d'amour flower pot?? huh?? i know you're jealous!! we are looking for some crafty ideas. it's like there are times when we are sitting around being bored, so we are going to try and be productive. anyone know any cool. crafty sites? projects? i used to make flower arrangements and such for my mom, i went through a clothes making phase, i think i can be pretty crafty damn it!! tonight i am going to the craft store to get some wax, i'm feeling some candle making in me!!
